We are happy to offer our customers great value and great service. That's why we offer free shipping with PostNord and DHL.
SHIPPING TO SWEDEN ONLY
Currently we only ship to customers within Sweden. We aim to expand our shipping capabilities to other locations in the future, but we regret that we are unable to fulfill orders from overseas at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
LATE/WANTED PACKAGE
Fentori is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Please check that your billing and shipping address is correct before completing your order. If we have made a mistake, we take full responsibility for the original order free of charge.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
We are not responsible for any customs charges once the goods have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time varies depending on location. Here are our estimates:
- Sweden – 7 to 15 working days.
- Maximum delivery time – 23 working days.
*This does not include our processing time of 1-2 days.
*All delivery times exclude any customs or delays.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. In some cases, tracking may be unavailable due to free shipping.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW".
For some shipping companies, it may take 1-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN A PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
