CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

All orders can be canceled until they have been shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.

REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products. If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, please notify us and we will provide you with a return address and a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
If you are unhappy with your order, contact our support and we will do our best to help you!
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We will not issue a refund if:

• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (eg incorrect delivery address).
